1.0.0. F. LODGE CHRISTMAS TREE A very pleasant .evening was spent by the Oddfellows and their wives and families at the annual Christmas tree held on Thursday. Mr R. Boswell senr., in the role of Santa Claus, was a splendid success and caused many little heart flutters. After he had distributed his gifts ho was entertained to supper prior to leaving in his aeroplane. On the departure of Santa Claus the floor was cleared and dancing was indulged in, a spot dance being won by Mrs W. Amoy and Mr C. Donovan. A duet was rendered by Miss Marjorie I\ill (piano) and Mr R. Han well (mouth organ) which was greatly appreciated. Other items were recitation, Miss Jill Bower, and piano solo, Miss E. Hansen.
