ONE GOOD DEED.
The school-teacher was taking her class of young pupils on kindness to other people. “It is the duty of everyone to make at least one person happy each day/' she said. “Have you done so, Thomas? ’ Thomas, a bright youth perilously near the bottom of the class, rose to his feet. “Yes, teacher.” he replied. “(.rood!” she praised. “Tell the class what you diu.” “I went to sec my aunt, and she was happy when I went home,” explained Thomas.
