The Federal Cabinet is still divided on the question of calling Parliament together. The position is described as exceedingly delicate with the likelihood of a crisis. Mr -Scullin has been notified by cablegram. Mr. Scullin Concerned Received Thursday, 2 a.m. COLOMBO, Sept. 3. News of the Federal Cabinet crisis was receivod by Mr Scullin while he was lunching at a seaside hotel. He was much concerned. His health is considerably improved-
