Euchre and Dance

The fortnightly euchre and danco held under the auspices of tho Oddfellows ’ Lodge, was well attended last Saturday evening when the euchre prizes, were won by Mrs Bower and Mr E. J. Arnott. Tho consolation awards were handed to Miss G. Eades and Mr A. Robinson. Mrs Boucher, of Wellington, kindly donated the ladies’ prize which was a pair of Royal Doulton plates. Mr C. Imrie ma.de a capable M.C. and Mr N. Wallace, of Feilding, supplied the music, Miss IT. Cleaver playing tho only extra. Mrs Boucher and her daughter, of Wellington, were week-end visitors to Rongotea when they were the guests of her brother and sister-in-law, Mr and Mrs C. Emrici
