Soviet Outlaws Two Trade Agents in Paris

Tho Supremo Court at Moscow has proclaimed as outlaws two officials of the Soviet trading organisation in Paris and also seized all their belongings in Russia because they refused to obey a summons to return to Moscow. They aro liable to be shot within 2-4 hours if discovered in Soviet territory.
