The brilliant double century by Bradman was tho feature of the Australian innings. His effort amazed the spectators. Ho treated tho bowlers with scant respect. Ho pasted the ball to all parts of tho field, reaching his century iu 120 minutes. Woodfull ana Bradman put on 200 runs in just over two hours. Tho New South Wales colt, assisted by Richardson, McCabe and a’Beckett, made his total 200 after 235 minutes at tho crease. He lost his wicket in attempting to lift a ball out of the ground. Ho had batted for 276 minutes, and bit 2S fours. Ho gave only one chance, after he had passed his second hundred. His score is tho highest compiled against Worcester. He drove with great power, and presented an impregnable defence. In tho two hours left for play Worcester lost four wickets.
