STEAMED PRUNE PUDDING. ' Two dozen prunes, quarter pound ntead crumbs, two teaspoons bakSajp powder, quarter teaspoon salt, one gill milk, two ounces but teT. Soak prunes overnight, then cook till soft. Remove stone and chop roughly. Put bread crumbs, salt, and melted butter into a bsain, add chopped prunes and milk, mix well, then stir in baking powder. Pour iiito greased mould and steam hours. Serve with the juice from the prunes, to which has been added a little lemon juice.
