RADIO NOTES This evening IYA will relay from the Town hall tho concert to be given by the Auckland Municipal Band. 2YA’s week-end' vaudcvillo programme will be contributed to by the Salon Orchestra, tho Melodic Four, Miss Mavis Chamberlain (mezzo-so-prano), Mr. Will Bishop, the Golden Hula Hawaiian quartet and Mr. R. J. G. Smith (mouth organ soloist). At 3YA Mr. Ron Shand and Miss. Lettio Craydoq (late of Fuller’s), will supply vaudeville turns of story, song and dance. Miss Elaine Moody’s Hawaiian trio, always popular performers, will be heard in some of tho latest tunes, Miss Moody -singing tho vocal refrains. Jazz songs at the piano with ukulelo will bo sung by the Melody Maids. Tho baritone soloist of the evening will bo Mr. W. H. Inkster. On the programme will also be Mr. Harold Beck (’cellist), Mr. W. 11. Moses (elocutionist, contributing humour) and tho Broadcasting Trio. This programme will bo relayed to 4YA.
