NTOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Manawatu Rabbit Board at a meeting to be held at its Office, Foxton, on Thursday, April 24th, 1950, at 1.30 p.m. under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1925” and Section 65 of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928,” to make and levy a General Rate of three farthings per acre on all rateable property in the Manawatu Rabbit District. Such rate to be for a period of one year from the Ist day of April, 1930, to the 31st day of March, 1931, and shall become due and payable in one sum at the Board’s Office, Foxton, on the Ist day of May, 1930, and that a discount of 5 per cent, will be allowed off all rates (save on minimums or on rate of 1/-) paid in full on or beforo the Ist day of June, 1930.
