New Zealand Draughts Tournament Continues

DETAILED RESULTS. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Last Night. The New Zealand draughts tournament was continued to-day. Two of the shortest games in the tourney were played between Boreham and Botting, the last one being over in about 15 minutes. The veteran set a neat trap which Botting, thinking he was gaining the advantage, snapped at. The trap was a two for two into tho crown but the trouble was that it. left a three for two back into the other crown head and the game was practically finished.
