The Irish actor who has brought millions of laughs to millions of people in tho last quarter of a century in the circus, ou the stage, in vaudeville, and on tho screen, Charlie Murray, featured comedy artist in “The Head Man,” in which his gifts as a comedian are supplemented with a pathos and ■ an emotional and dramatic power not usually associated with his name. Small town politics and big time laughs. While the people were casting votes for Charlie, Charlie was casting eyes at the village widow.
