' Doctor Hozda, president of the International Agrarian Bureau; has urged united action by all agrarians against Canadian y and Argentine i wheat production. It is stated he will shortly summon the Agrarian leaders ■vrho will meet at Geneva in an attempt to persuade them to agree to united action against the new world with a European establishment of uniform tariffs against Canada, America and Argentine, which will be valid for five years. Russia has not been included.
