annual meeting. The annual meeting of the Manawatu Football Association was held last evening, when Mr. J. C. Young was in the chair. A standing rule re the management committee was amended to read: “Tho management committee shall comprise a delegate from each senior club plus a representative from each primary club and four others to be elected by tho delegates present, with the secretary and treasurer, ex-officio members in addition.” This was moved by Mr. Gardiner and seconded by the chair and carried. Tho following were elected to the committee: Messrs. T. R. Lees, J. Marshall, J. C. Young, J. S. Jcnkinson and E. Kempson. Mr. F. .T. A. Fox was appointed secretary and Mr. J. B. Cooper treasurer. Clubs were asked to nominate their delegates by April 5. Other officers appointed for tho ensuing year were: —Patron, Mr. P. G. Mildon; president, Mr. A. J. Graham; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. A. Nash, M.P., and J. Forbes; delegate to tho New Zealand Council, Mr. H. H. Simmonds; hon. auditor, Mr. F. W. Coombs; trustee, Mr. W. Allen.
