Continued Sunshine

A' cyclone is still centred east north-east of Cape Maria and has intensified. There is little variation of pressure over the Tasman Sea and eastern Australia. Prevailing winds will be south to south-east, of gale fofee at times about East Cape and in the Ear North, and increasing elsewhere in- the Auckland province; elsewhere light to moderate, but freshening somewhat. The seas in New Zealand waters will be rough north of Napier, but smooth to moderate in other parts. Southerly winds will prevail in the eastern Tasman, fresh in the northern portion and light to moderate in the southern portion. The seas will be smooth to moderate. Bain is probable in North Auckland and the East Cape and Gisborne districts, and- extending southwards somewhat; otherwise fine over the Dominion.
