Manuka Inquiry

To the Editor. Sir, —I notice that per Press Association telegram that at a committee of a body described as the Merchant Service Guild, a resolution was carried disagreeing with the finding of the Nautical Court concerning the loss of the ship Manuka. As one of the public, I take this opportunity of complimenting the Court on its decision; it is surely unnecessary to stress the potentiality of tho inquiry, and it is equally superfluous to remark that the general public is deeply concerned in the navigation of passenger ships.—l am, etc., NAUTICAL.
