Tho latest arrest is that of tho movie “King," M. Yokota, wbo is accused of the friendly purchase of a decoration 'from Amaoka. The scandal is connected chiefly with coronation docorations and the corruption involves huge sums of money at a time when the public were exhorted to practice the strictest economy for the restoration of the trade balance.
