EXPERTS APPOINTED. United Press Association—By Electril Telegraph—Copyright. Received Friday, 7 p.rn. LONDON, July 25. The Et. Hon. W. Graham, President of the Board of Trade, announced that an inquiry ftito tho iron and steel industry -would be conducted by a subcommittee of the Committee of Civil Research. The sub-committee would consist of tho Lord Chancellor, First Lord of tho Admiralty, Sir Cecil Budd, Mr. C. T. Cramp and Sir William Plender and their terms of reference would be: “To consider and report upon present conditions and prospects of tho iron and steel industries and to make recommendations as to any action which may appear desirable and practicable, in order to improve the position of those industries ia the markets of the world.” Sir Cecil Budd is chairman of tho London Metal Exchange, Mr. Cramp is a prominent Trade Unionist and Air. Plcnder is a well-known accountant.
