ORDER OF THANKSGIVING FOR KING’S RESTORATION

SERVICE ON JULY 7. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. LONDON, June 22. The order of service of thanksgiving to be held on July 7 and used throughout the country will be “in thanksgiving to Almighty God for His good providence, by which our most gracious Sovereign has been delivered from his severe illness to the comfort of the whole Tcalni and for the signal love and loyalty his people made manifest in his time of trouble.” The Primate will officiate at the Abbey service. The congregation will sing The hymn “All people that on earth do dwell.” To tho invocation “God save King, God savo the realm, God give us thankful hearts” the congregation will reply with the singing of the first verse of the National Anthom. Special passages havo been selected from the psalms and Isaiah for expressions of thanksgiving, after Which the Primate will say prayers of thankfulness for the King's recovery" and “gifts of strength and courage to the Queen.” Prayers for the sick and suffering generally and the Empire will follow. Tho Te Deum will be followed by the Primate pronouncing tho Benediction. Their Majesties will depart while the congregation sings Biakas hymn “I will not Cease from tho Mental Fight. ’'
