- PROHIBITED PERSON BEFORE l 1 COURT. , Tliat his client had taken to liquor as a result of domestic differences was put forward in extenuation by Mr. J. \V. Eutherfurd, who appeared for John • Henry Blockley, charged with a second oftence of drunkenness and a breach of his prohibition order at the Police Court yesterday. • Defendant, from the dock, pleaded guilty. | Mr. Eutlierfurd said that Blockley Jv/as a very respectable citizen, with a business of his own. The offender had taken out the prohibition order voluntarily last December. On the charge of drunkenness, Mr. Stout, S.M., imposed a fine 01 10s, in default of 48 hours’ imprisonment and on the second charge mulcted Blockley in 10s, with 3s costsi
