The value of estates under administration on the 31st March, 1929, w r as £48,334,790 —a net, increase for the year of over four million pounds. The number of wills held for safe custody on behalf of living persons who have appointed the Public Trustee their executor exceeds 62,800, representing a present estimated value of £251,000,000.
