WANGANUI SCRATCHINGS. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Last Night. Following are the additional scratchings for tho opening day of the Wanganui Jockey Club meeting:— Purua Handicap: Latakia, at 3.40 p.m.; Potoafom, st 7.40 p.m.; Havering, at 7.50 p.m.; High Society, at 8 p.m. Hack Steeples: Mandarine, at 8.10 p.m. Borough Handicap: Llanore, at 7.5 p.m. for all engagements. Dishonoured was also scratched at 4.15 p.m.
