PROPOSED LOAN OP £3OOO. is hereby given that the Sluggish River Drainage Board proposes at its meeting to be held on the 30th May, 1929, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to borrow the sum of £3OOO, for the purpose of widening, deepening and stumping the Main Drain, Sluggish Creek. Johnson’s Drain, Taikorea Drain, Coopers and Greenaway’s Drain, and Mathcson’s Drain.
