PLAINTIFF NON-SUITED. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, May 2. The difficulty experienced by the plaintiff in obtaining any expert evidence in support of her claim for £liUB against Arthur M. Carter, of Auckland, dentist, Jed to the collapse of tho caso to-day when Isabella Vera Gwilliam was non-suited. She alleged that defendant had negligently and unskilfully allowed portion of a tooth to be inhaled into the lung, resulting in her health being greatly impaired. <
