SENATOR COUSENS’ GIFT TO CHILDREN

Received Monday, 2 a.m. WASHINGTON, April 20. - Senator Cousens has donated ten million dollars for the creation of a trust fund “to be used to promote the health, welfare, happiness and development of the children of Michigan and elsewhere in the world.’’ The fund will bo administered by Doctor Freund, who is the Senator 'a personal physician. A clause in the trust instrument stipulates that principal and income must be distributed entirely inside 25 years.
