BONES OF ANCIENT CRIMINALS. UNDERTAKER TO BE EMPLOYED United Press Association—By ElectrH Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, April 19. A novel strike occurred to-day. Builders and labourers working on tho old Melbourne gaol site, where excavations continue to unearth tho remains of executed criminals left their employment, demanding 30s per day and that an undertaker should remove the bones. These terms were agreed to. Over 20 skeletons have been dug up. Most of the graves have been despoiled by souvenir hunters.
