NEW INFANT SCHOOL OPENED AT STRATFORD

MINISTER’S CONGRATULATIONS. Per Press Association. STRATFORD, Last Night. Hon. H. Atmore, Minister of Education, to-day officially declared the remodelled infant school' open. The building used previously was very oldfashioned and was considered detrimental to the health of the children. As remodelled, J.IIO building faces the north. It has windows practically all along the front; there are windows from the class rooms to the corridor at the back and in the back of the building there are again numerous windows. The Minister congratulated the hoard’s architect on his good work and said the buildings ho was designing were as good as any in tho Dominion. The Minister will spend the week-end in Eltham and Hawera.
