Annual Report. The annual report regretted that reduced membership had prevented the
association from rendering the required services as in past seasons. For the coming season it was to be hoped old players and ex-members would join up and enable the association to render the required servico and keep the game of hockey to the fore. The association had continued its affiliation with the N.Z.H.R.A., being represented at the annual meeting held in Wellington by Mr. Hardie Boys, the president (Mr. Aitchison) being elected a vice-presi-dent. The membership had been reduced, owing to some referees rejoining the ranks of the players and others owing to iack of appreciation from the players. The association was greatly indebted to the Manawatu Ladies’ Hockey association, Messrs G. Ranson and J. V. Kyle for donations; to Mr. A. Levy for assistance; ahid those who assisted at the tournaments and local games..
