DRIVER OF CAR LOST HIS HEAD
FATAL- ACCIDENT RESULTS. Per Press Association. HAMILTON, Last Night. At the inquest at Te Aroha on Wi Waiti, who was killed in a motor collision on February 2, the Coroner found that Antonio Dido, driver of the car ift which deceased was a passenger, lost his’presencc of mind when another car. driven by one Burmcster, emerged from a side road. Dido swerved to the right, whereas if he had kept a straight course or swerved to the loft, the accident would probably have been avoided. However, there was no evidence of negligence.
