The Times correspondent at Madrifr states that King Alfonso has signed a decree, permanently dissolving Segovia military academy. General de Rivera states that the reason for this is frequent acts of in* subordination amongst the cadets, who will return to civilian life. The decree provides for compensation for cadets and their families ,also the provision o<f certificates, which will enable the cadets to secure civilian employment.
