The treaty is highly commended by Canadian circles, which have benefittod but is criticised by those adversely affected at times. * The new offer may propose thot Australia should exchange preference in everything extended by the two Dominions to the Motherland but not to each other. The National Dairy Council’s complaints against New Zealand butter have died down.
