The United States Department of Commerce has announced that foreign securities floated in the United States during 192 S totalled 1,420,000,000 dollars, Germany, with 290,000,000 being the greatest borrower and Canada coming second with 240,000,000. American investments abroad total approximately 14,000,000,000 dollars, excluding war debts.
