In all horse events, the committee to decide the course; two baulks to disqualify. 4. All entries must be in half hout with the secretaries before each event. 5. All events post entry. Handicaps for events 9 and 14 will bo declared on the grounds. C. The decisions of tho judges thall be final in every competition. 7. All protests to bo in the hands of the secretaries not later than one hour after the event in dispute. S. All disputes to be settled by the general committee and'its decision tc be absolutely final . 9. Competitors when nominating for events 9 and 14 must send in results of the last two performances. 10. In all events; 3 competitors, or no competition; 5 or no second prize. 11. Tho committee reserve tho right to delete, or make any alterations on the programme; of refusing any entry, or abandoning the sports if necessary by weather or ether circumstances of which it shall be solo judge. 12.
