CHEESE .MANUFACTURE. MINISTER URGED TO DEFER OPERATION. Per Press Association. PAHIATUA, Last Night. A representative meeting of Bush Dairy Factories’ Association resolved strongly to object to the action of the Dairy Division in promulgating fresh regulations governing the manufacture of cheese, which will prove a great loss to dairy producers, before submitting them to the industry as a whole and that the Minister be respectfully requested to defer the operation of the regulations until they are discussed at the annual conference of the industry to be held in June.
