Australian finest unsalted, 184 s to 188 s (l£4s to 186 s). Australian finest salted ISOs to 182 s (182 s to 184 s). Australian G. and Q., 174 s to 178 s (176.-. to 178 s:). Cheese: Market very slow. We quote: Australian cheese: white, 92s to 91s (90s to 97); coloured, 95s to 97s (9Ss to 995). New Zealand cheese, white, 94s to 90s (90s to 98s); coloured, 97s to 99s (9Ss to 100 s). Spot price for Canadian white and coloured, 108 s to 112 s (t.OSs to 112 s). (Last week’s quotations shown in parentheses.)
