RESIGNATION OF FRENCH CABINET
bbiand possibly PREMIER AGAIN. United Press Association—By Electm Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, Nov. 8. The French Cabinet has resigned. The crisis was most unexpected. M. Caillaux seized the opportunity when M. Horriot’S supporters were absent to call a night , sitting of the SocialistRadical Congress. He reintroduced the declaration entailing the resignation of the Radical-Socialists from the Cabinet. , , „ The resolution was rushed through before the friends of the Government realised the effect of M. Caillaux’s action was announced. It is expected that President Doumergue will ask M. Poincare to continue, but as he has no majority without the Radical-Socialists, it is not likely he will accept Briand as the possible alternative. - x
