NEW PLEA FOB EXEMPTION.

Per Press Association. NAPLES, Last Night.

■“I have a firm belief that no man can be gnilty of a crime,” said Neil Alexander Mclnnes, when applying for exemption from service as a juror at the Supreme Court this morning. “Is it on religious grounds that yo» make this application f” asked Mr Justice Ostler., “X am not over-burdened with religion, but I cannot convict anyone,” replied Mclnnes. “My idea is that a man with views like yours is not fit for citizenship at all,” remarked tho Judge in granting exemption.
