At Los Angeles, Cochet won the Pacific-South-west tennis championship, defeating Boussus, 2—6, 6—4, 6—3, and G—3. Boussus and Miss Anne Harper, of San Francisco, won the mixed doubles title when they beat Van Ryn and Miss Madge Gladman, of Los Angeles, 6—l, 6—2, in the final.
