STEAMER KINROSS ASHORE ON CATO IS

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Tho secretary of the G.P.O. has received the following radio signals, intercepted at 11.30 p.m. on Sunday. They indicate that the steamer Kinross is ashore on Cato Island reef, that she is making no water and would be endeavouring to get oil at daylight, weather permitting.
