The Native Claims and Native Land Adjustment Bill, Auckland University College Eeserves Amendment Bill, Local Legislation Bill, Copyright (temporary) Amendment Bill, Eeserves and other Land Disposal Bill and Engineers' Eegistration Amendment Bill were received from the House and put through all stages and passed, the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Bill and Engineers' Eegistration Amendment Bill being amended. The Council adjourned at 12,35 until 8 p.m. LOCAL BILLS. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The following local Bills were put through their final stages and passed by the House:—Christchurch Drainage Amendment Bill (Mr. Howard), TumuKaituno Drainage Empowering Bill (Mr; MacMillan), Motueka Borough Council Library Bill (Mr. Hudson), Christchurch Hospital Amendment BUI (Mr. Howard), Auckland War Memorial Museum Maintenance Bill (Mr. J. S. Dickson), Napier Borough and Napier Harbour Board Enabling Bill (Mr. ,T. Mason), Wairarapa Electric Power Board Empowering Bill (Hon. A D. McLeod), Wellington City Empowering Bill (Mr. McKeon), and the Papamu -Memorial Hall Management BUi (Mr. Sullivan).' The House rose at 5.30 till 7.30, whoa the Supplementary Estimates and Finance Bill wore considered.
