W. J. Belton, the president, referring to the proof, and Mr. J. J. Rogers (Auckland) added that it would suit his city equally well, in the course of a discussion of a national advertising scheme. “There is no difficulty in the way of the scheme if rightly handled,” said Mr, Rogers. Mr. M. J.
