Napier, labourer,, of Shannon, was ordered to pay E. A. H,* George (Mr Onglcy) £5 5s 9d at the rate of 10s per month or go to gaol for 7 days. John Faith, of Palmerston Nort, was ordered to pay Goldingham and Beckett, Ltd., (Mr Cooke) £4O 12s in default 28 days imprisonment; warrant to be suspended so long as £lO per month is paid off the debt. H. H. Proctor, Foxton, who owes the Miinawatu Daily Times Company (Mr McGregor) £3 13s 3d was ordered to pay the amount forthwith in default 4 days gaol. L.
