Steer (Mr Merton) £22 11s forthwith, in default 21 days
gaol; warrant to be suspended so long as £2 per month is paid off the debt. H. Mitchell, lorry driver, of Palmerston North, was given the opportunity of paying Garner and Garner (Mr ' Fletcher) £1 per month off a debt of ■ £lB 18s sd, in default 14 days in prison. Erie lloy Pratt, labourer of Shannon, who owes Mrs. M. Coaklcy (Mr Ougley) £7 Os lOd, was ordered to pay the money forthwith in default 7 days gaol. x. Napier, labourer,, of Shannon, was ordered to pay E. A. H,* George (Mr Onglcy) £5 5s 9d at the rate of 10s per month or go to gaol for 7 days. John Faith, of Palmerston Nort, was ordered to pay Goldingham and Beckett, Ltd., (Mr Cooke) £4O 12s in default 28 days imprisonment; warrant to be suspended so long as £lO per month is paid off the debt. H. H. Proctor, Foxton, who owes the Miinawatu Daily Times Company (Mr McGregor) £3 13s 3d was ordered to pay the amount forthwith in default 4 days gaol. L. Barrett, labourer, of Fcilding, was ordered to pay Garner and Garner (Mr Onglcy) £9 Is Sd in default '7 days gaol; warrant to be suspended so long . ( as he pays £1 per month pffi the debt.
