MAGISTRATE’S COURT
INDECENT ASSAULT CHARGE. At tho, Feilding Magistrate's Court yesterday beroro Messrs. J. W. Bramwell and V. E. Smith, J.’sP., Robert M'Conkcy was charged with indecont assault on a girl 15 years of age. After evidence had been given accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed to tho Supreme Court for trial. On a farther charge of tho same nature, accused was remanded until to-day. Accused was represented by Messrs. Cooper and Power.
