Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Last Night. Douglas Kennedy, found lying wound* ed on tho river banks this afternoon with a pea rifle alongside him, died before the doctor arrived. Kennedy was a native of Napier! For the past five months he had been employed here by the Texas Oil Co.
