OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
MAGISTRATE ORDERS PAYMENT. Presiding- at the Magistrate 's Court yesterday, Air J. L. Stout, S.M. entered judgment for plaintiffs with costs in the following undefended civil cases:— Commissioner of Taxes v N. R. Stone, £7 14s sd, costs 15s; State Advances Superintendent v Christina Butler and George A. Butler, £2l! 15s 10d, costs £1 15s; J. Robson (Mr Urant) v W. P. Wright, £2 5s (id, costs, £1 Us (id; E. Dickhoff (Mr Gordon) v W. H. Davis £2 14s (id, costs-25s (id; same v. A. Ralston £2 14s (id, costs £1 4s (id; Holbcu and Hubbgrd (Mr Cooper) v Edge and Soal, £4 5s sd, costs 25s Od; Donald Maephersou (Mr Gordon) v C. Lane, £7 4s Od, costs £1 10s Od; same v J. P. Findley, £1 15s. costs' 8s; W. Mitchell (Mr Gordon) v A. Hunt, £52 12s 6d, costs £4 Is 6d; D.I.C. (Mr Gordon) v Mrs. I. M. Dobbie, costs only, £1 Ss; H.V.S. and J. C. Young (Mr Cooper) v E. Larsen £sl 7s ,costs £4 11s (id. Judgment Summons. E. Porter, settler, of Shannon, was ordered to pay W. 11. Gunning and Co., (Mr Grant) £7 5s 9d., in default 7 days in. Wellington gaol. C. W. Duncum, farmer, bf Bulls, was ordered to pay V. E. Harman (Mr Lauronson) £4 16s Gd. in default 7 days imprisonment.
