HINT ABOUT SLEEVES
"With soft, flimsy materials it sometimes is necessary to v run a gathering string along the top of a sleeve in order to keep it from spreading and to get it smoothly into the armhole. Use the sewing machine and with a loose stitch sew along the top about where the seam afterward will come. Draw up the thread, and the material will go into the armhole much more smoothly than if gathered by hand. This way also takes less time.
