Received Wednesday, 7.15 p.m. LONDON, June 5. • The “Times’ ” Riga correspondor!, reports that 160 persons, mainly ofii cials, were arrested at BostoC on the Don River for alleged financial abuses in the Donetz district. _ ■ Those arrested include sis administrators. The president and secretary of the District Executive Committee are in addition charged with abusing authority, discrediting the Soviet Government, and organising assaults on women.
