LARGE BATCH OF OFFENDERS. A large batch of cyclists appeared before the Magistrate yesterday charged with riding at night without, lights. Charles David Mclvor and Noel F. Buish. who appeared voluntarily, were each lined 10s with os costs. The following, who had to bo summoned, were lined 10s with 10s costs: —A’iggo Hensen, Alan Guy, Jack Lucas Leonard Bruce. Edward F. Bee, Chris Larsen, Jack Cave, Ernest Speight, Leslie AVix, Thomas Metcalfe and Sydney Hume. Similar fines with 12? costs were imposed upon John Beylis arfl Philip Vautier.

J. AV. Lucas who admitted riding on a footpath, was fined lbs with IDs

Charles William?, who cycled Luc whole length of George street without, keeping ono hand on the handle bars, wits lined 10s with .10s costs.
