A professor of medicine, Lord Terrington fit to travel in an ambulance for extradition proceedings. The news, however produced another violent heart attack. BOULOGNE March 5. I was pulled out of bed and fell on the floor.’’ Extradition proceedings will occupy some days.

The presence of Lord Terrington is required in England In connection with allegations concerning the estate of Sir Harold Reckitt over which Lord Terrington has power of attorney during Sir Harold Reckitt’s absence in India. Sir Harold Reckitt in giving evidence in November last, said that Lord Terrington, whom he had known from boyhood, admitted having drawn' £47,000. Later he found that more than a quarter of a million had gone. Mr Justice Rowlatt said that the power of attorney given Lord Terrington was wide, but it did not justify his filling his own pockets at Sir Harold Reckitt's expense. Many efforts have been made to get Lord Terrington back from the Continent to face proceedings: the medical evidence has always been adverse In the final issue.
