Millcs £3 15s 3d, costs £1 3s Gd; Fitzsimmons and Cowling (Mr Laurcnson) v. A. Hulena £3 12s 3d, costs £1 3s Gd; same v. J. Bailey £1 Ss Gd, costs Bs. ■ Judgment Summonses, On judgment summonses, F. Haley was ordered to pay W. Peters (Mr. Wither) £7 2s in default 7 days imprisonment. William Burke was ordered to pay John Peach (Mr Ongley) £lO 15s in default 7 days imprisonment. F. Haley was ordered to pay Crawford and Neal (Mr McGregor) £2 8s in default 4 days imprisonment.
