FEUDING CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS The Feilding Lawn Tennis Club will this season conduct championship singles and ladles’’and men’s handicap doubles. The matches will be commenced this afternoon and it is desirous that the first round matches be played off before Saturday next. Following are the drawings and handicaps:— \ Men’s Championship Singles—First Bound: Hassall v. Crookc, M'Gruer v. Miers, M'Conachic v. Maguire, Fawcett v. Simpson, Graham v. Carthew, Lawrence v. Robinson, Mason v. Darragh. Ladies' Championship Singles —First Round: Miss Ellcrm v. Miss Maguire, Miss E. Eliott v. Mrs. Caldwell. Byes: Miss Cornfoot v. Miss B. Eliott, Mrs. Stuckey v. Miss Fish, Mrs. Hall v. Miss Cummerficld, Miss Barltrop v. Miss D. Eliott, Miss Foster v. Mrs. Hassall, Miss Boddy v. Miss Rutherford, Miss Shepherd v. Miss Mason.
Men’s Handicap Doubles First Round: Graham and Maguiro (10) v. Boddy and Miers (10), Robinson and Simpson (scr) v. Bousfield and Carthew (14), Tankersley and M'Gruer (16) v. Coppock and Hostick (25). Byes: Hassall and M'Conachic (16) Mason and Darragh (14), Harding and Fair (18), Lawrence and Crookc (scr), Fawcett and Mason-Durio (8). Ladies’ Handicap Doubles First Round: Misses Brandt and Wallis (30) v. Mrs. Hall and Miss E. Eliott (10), Mrs. Caldwell and Miss Shepherd (scr) v. Mrs. Hassall and Miss B. Eliott (20) Mrs. Hostick and Miss Hcaly (24) v. Mrs. Stuckey and Miss D. Eliott (14), Mrs. Crooke and Miss Ellcrm (15) v. Misses Mason and Cornfoot (18), Misses I&ddy and Rutherford (5) v.
